CrossFit Group Session
Our one-hour CrossFit group sessions are built around a fitness program that is adaptable, well-rounded, and designed for everyone. The goal? To prepare both your body and mind to tackle any challenge or goal you set your sights on. Whether you’re training for an obstacle race, a marathon, building strength, hiking Mount Everest, dominating your local softball league, or simply looking and feeling your best, we’ve got the fix to the world’s most vexing problem: getting and staying fit for life.

We focus on functional movements that build a strong foundation, so you’re not just fit today—you’re prepared to crush life well into your 90s. Let’s train to kick ass now and for years to come!

Competitors Training
Our CrossFit competition classes are designed for experienced athletes looking to take their fitness to the next level and compete at the highest level of the sport. These classes focus on advanced programming, including high-skill gymnastics, heavy Olympic lifting, and competition-style conditioning. Athletes will train alongside like-minded individuals who share a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Participation is by invitation only, as athletes must demonstrate prior CrossFit experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform foundational movements safely and efficiently. Joining this team means becoming part of an elite group dedicated to pushing limits and achieving greatness.

CrossFit Kids
Our CrossFit Kids class is a fun and energetic program designed for children ages 5-10. This class focuses on teaching kids the importance of fitness, movement, and teamwork in a safe and supportive environment. Through age-appropriate exercises, games, and activities, kids will build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning the fundamentals of functional fitness. Our experienced coaches ensure every child has fun while developing healthy habits that can last a lifetime. Whether they’re climbing, jumping, or lifting, your child will leave class smiling and excited for the next one!

Crossfit Juniors
Our CrossFit Juniors program is designed for kids ages 7-12 who are ready to take their fitness and athletic performance to the next level. This class builds on the fundamentals taught in our CrossFit Kids program, offering more advanced training for young athletes looking to enhance their strength, speed, coordination, and overall athletic ability. With a focus on technique and proper movement patterns, this program is ideal for kids who are serious about improving their performance in sports or developing a strong foundation for future fitness goals. Through structured workouts and fun challenges, participants will gain confidence, build resilience, and unlock their athletic potential in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Becoming a member at CrossFit Unbounded is simple! New members will go through a personal assessment where we will determine your personal goals to determine which of our programs best for you. To learn more about our programs, membership options and rates, hit the button below and one of our staff members will reach out to you shortly.

Don't want to wait? At CrossFit Unbounded you can try out a class to get a sense of what we are about. We offer trial classes for a one-time fee of $25 without registration. All trial classes are to be scheduled through the front desk/Online and must be paid for in advance. If you decide to join those $25 will then be applied towards you first months membership!
